This painting is one of my favorits, together with 'The Puppet Master'. it has a lot of meaning and I couldn't sale it for a long time.

I needed to enjoy it for myself fist, that's  how I do it with most of my works. I take a period to say hello and goodby to a work.  Some times it takes longer to say goodby and so it was with this work.

Behind 'Selenpfücker' there is this story I was told when I was little about Mother Death. She is the one who picks up the souls and brings them to the afterlife.
